You hereby agree that you are making an application for sewer service at the address below and agree to pay for sewer service as measured by the utility meter at the applicable rate.
You agree that this application is subject to the Folly Beach Code of Ordinances pertaining to Public Utilities.
In addition, to complete your transfer application, a $200 security deposit is required to paid in person at City Hall or via telephone to confirm your account details. This deposit is reimburseable following the closure of the account and payment of the last bill.
